We offer a 5 year labor warranty. Which covers any leaks or blown off shingles with in 5 years of the roof being put on.

How long does it take for the roof to be put on?

Do you lay on existing shingle?

No, here at Copes R&R as your general contractor we do a complete tear-off to make sure there is no bad decking. From there we add all required upgrades before installing shingles.
